Any individual or legal entity, domestic or foreign, may submit a request for free access to public information regarding the political party’s income and expenditures. A list of public information is available here. Access to information may be requested in writing or orally.
To submit a written request, it is necessary to complete the Request for Access to Public Information in the designated form (LINK).
The written request can be submitted by post, delivered to the archive of Alternativa, or submitted electronically via e-mail: (Official person for mediating public information: Bashkim Murtezi; E-mail: bashkimm70@gmail.com).
The political party must provide a response to the request within 20 days at the latest. The requester has the right to appeal to the Agency for Protection of the Right to Access Public Information within 15 days from the day of receiving the response, or 15 days from the expiration of the deadline for responding to the request.
